The Dread Doctors have been wreaking havoc upon Beacon Hills for centuries, but who could have thought behind the soulless masks could be mindless people, dragged into the job as mere experiments. Who would have thought a girl almost as innocent as Hadlee Parker could be dragged into the job, and stripped of all her memories, thoughts, and more importantly: emotions.
However, being a Dread Doctor by night isn't always that terrible.
Let me remind you: Hadlee Parker wasn't always pure, jubilant Hadlee Parker. After one is transformed from a human being into a Dread Doctor, they are given a new identity, even a new appearance during the day. And "Hadlee Parker's" abusive past has left her many scars (on the inside, and outside) to suffer with.
So maybe sometimes it's just better to forget.

(REWRITE OF THIS BOOK IS UP! It is called "Obsessive Love".) (I do not own the cover, Undertale nor any of the characters besides my OC's, they belong to their respectful owner. For some reason, I just see Error in the front instead of passive Nightmare.) Error, Forced God of Destruction and Destroyer of Universes was largely unknown unlike Ink, the Creator and God of Creation. Their fights were unseen by the AU's, none of the Monsters knowing about the Destroyer as Ink doesn't want them scared and Error gave no shits if anyone knew him or not. But Error's job is a complicated one, one that he is forced into, and he has to get involved to destroy the worlds. He doesn't touch the Original AU's, but the copies that Ink makes have to go. It was only a matter of time before something happened. Ink, in a middle of one of their fights, blinded Error, hurting him much more badly then ever before. In panic, Error ported into one of the Original AU's. Ink, fearing what Error would do, tells Dream about the Destroyer. Now the hunt is on for the broken, blinded skeleton. Meanwhile a blinded Error has been taken under the wing of another powerful Monster who has fallen for the broken Destroyer at first sight. But sweet love is truly beyond him. It is a obsessive love, a unhealthy love unlike any other. Nightmare would do anything for Error, and would do anything to keep him by his side as he goes about taking over all the AU's. The girl meets a grumpy man as her cellmate who is much less trusting than her. With time, they notice that these trials to help them seem to derail into something far darker. Are they really sick? Danny, you're despicable "father", had you stealing from him any chance he got. He was slick and manipulative. Having to steal valuables for him all while taking care of two kids, Kai and Mary, was really hard. The responsibility you held was weighing down on you, making you think more about them and less about you. You didn't mind though. Anything to stay away from the sinful place you call home. After a while of putting up with Danny though, you had you're last straw ripped away when he hurt you're beloved Mary. You ran away to start a new life, taking Mary with you. You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... He didn't know he would fall in love with her. The only problem is the Dread Doctors. They want to turn her into a chimera. And they refuse to stop their plans. So Theo turns to Scott for help. Confessing everything in order to protect Sammie. The only condition is Theo is to leave the pack alone. Which means leaving Sammie alone. Reluctantly Theo agrees. But the deal breaks when Samantha is taken by the dread doctors. And everyone searches for her. But not even Theo knows where she is being kept. What is he going to do? If she's a failure than she dies. And Theo couldn't live with himself. If she isn't a failure then she lives. But either way Theo is not helping the dread doctors anymore. Another one of their experiments but the only thing different about her was she was the success. She had been turned into a 'weapon of battle'. Though no one knew her potential..... Yet. She was abandoned after the MP's caught her captors. She could barely talk, she couldn't read or write. Hell, she could barely understand what other people were saying to her. Levi and Farlan found her walking down the street one day. She was dirty, her hair was matted with blood and dirt. Two teenage boys were kicking her around like a doll. She didn't move or fight back she just sat there, numb to the pain. Levi took her in and taught her many things. One being love. Voilet evergarden inspired. Complete and rewritten as of 2023.
