When the Doctor's daughters learn about his plan to destroy the Daleks and the Time Lords simultaneously, they flee. But the only TARDIS they have is the one they rewired. It was rewired to travel to fictional universes. Only they don't realize someone followed them. Or the things they leave behind in the fictional worlds.
