Six years after a deadly war the world is left ravaged by the Smog, a chemical based fog that blocks out the sun rays and has killed the crops and wiped out most of the Earth's population. Whoever goes outside without their gas masks is turned Feral and tries to kill whoever they see. In an attempt to save at least a small amount of the United State's population, the government set up a seemingly untouchable city. Tales of this city reach scavengers all over the Americas and it has become known as the best hope of humanity. BioHazard follows a small trio as they travel to this mysterious stronghold in hopes of saving their selves, but what will happen when they discover that the source of their hope is even more corrupt than the Smog that haunts their every waking moment?
