Steven Hannibal was a simple boy, who grew into a simple man- with simple friends and a simple family. That's what he always would tell himself. That he's "simple, boring, and no different than the rest of them."

Throughout the story, Steve's attitude toward how "simple" he is, slowly differentiates. Now, with the spirit of Notchious on his tail and a strange warlock following him, Steve is forced to say... he's "unique."
