Amber has been mute since she was 5 and gets bullied at school. She has an abusive step-mother with a step sister who's a lesbian. Well anyway her dads in the army. One day he goes to war and gets shot and dies that's when it all happens. She meets the love of her life in school and she yet doesn't talk to him but he wants to be her friend. At first she pushes him away until she realizes he's the one. She'll talk to him eventually. Will This boy ever give her a chance? Will he be able to accept that she's mute? Will he except her with her bad past? Or will he treat her like the rest?
