This story is about a young girl who discovers that her parents are not her real parents at all. She ends up running away in search of her real parents. But little does she know she has cancer.
This story isn't really much of a fan fiction. I mean I guess I have a girl called Amelia (Which could be like Amelia Pond from Doctor Who) but that is it I think.
