Close your eyes. Think about this word. Oblivion. Imagine the feeling of slowly being forgotten, the thought of you slowly escaping the memory of others. For example, what if the world we all lived in now faded into an oblivion? What if it was forgotten, and replaced by a world of living hell. This is the kind of world that Kat lives in. It's 2096, 2 years since the war ended. Efforts are being made by different governments around the world to try to patch the deep cut the war left behind. Not just from the environment, but from people's minds. It's sad though really, because it doesn't matter how hard they want citizens to forget.
