If you go back... You can feel guilt, sorrow, alone, and ashamed. Going back is not always the answer. It's not always what you want to do. It's not always the right thing to do. If you go back you will miss out on the life you wanted. But when... When is it safe to go back and tell him you miss him. You never want him out of your life again. Would he receive you with open arms or turn away. Is that what your afraid of his rejection. Rejection. That word is like sharp nails on a chalkboard.
