This is a book about a girl, who has lived in a tribe all her life, with no other contact to modern human beings, the only contact is the occasional times when she see the other tribes. She gets chased of into the forest, where the Nanzwa tribe lives, but she discovers that there is no tribe, but a trafficking center, who ships off the warriors who came into the forest. They be come slaves and have a hard life, not speaking the langue and getting beaten severely.
This is a story about love and a journey through a modern world back to her home.
