Meet Saki (pronounced Sah-key) Inaba- a seemingly ordinary schoolgirl with the typical shy-girl personality found in every other anime. Oh, and she has a- surprise! A tragic backstory that has something to do with death. Saki also has white hair and lavender eyes, but that doesn't matter-the number one rule for every protagonist is that they must have a genetic mutation that significantly alters their appearance.
Follow this cliché exchange student as she faces struggles, awkward situations, and hints of love while trying to get along with her fellow classmates. Throughout her unusual year with class 3-E, Saki will discover many things about her school, her friends, and most importantly... Her teacher.
