I walked another two more steps and before I could take another step,someone grabbed me vigorously by the shoulders and placed a cloth on my nose and mouth. I tried struggling but I breathed in the chemicals. I felt my eyelids dropping. The vision around me blurred and I passed out. (undergoing major editing xD)

I was lying down with my eye closed but i couldn't feel what I was lying on. I didn't feel like i'm floating nor falling. I opened my eyes but it was all black. I put my hand in front of my face. Even with the darkness surround me but I could still see my hand. Where am I?

I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. I felt a small pressure around my waist, before the darkness completely consumed me. The last thing I remember is thinking, save me.

I'm done with this bullcrap. I'm done being beaten by the very people that I know are supposed to protect me. So I ran. I felt like no one was chasing me, so I stopped for a quick break. As soon as I sat down, I regretted it; Seeing multiple pairs of red eyes looking at me through the darkness of the night. Crap. *COMPLETED*

#2 in Horror. /02.23.16/ I hear footsteps approaching me, pacing faster and faster making me look back quickly. I see a man in a black fabric mask wearing all black clothing. I widen my eyes beginning to run in the snow making my feet heavy. "Help! Somebody help me!" I scream in a cry looking around to find nobody on sight. "Help!" I scream trying to run faster hoping somebody would hear my cries. My throat became sore from the cold quickly making it harder to breathe freely. "Help me! Somebody!" I hear the tall figure run behind me feeling a grip on my hair. My white ski hat fell into the ground covered in snow. The man groans pulling my hair towards him making me collapse. "No, stop!" I scream struggling from his grasp, punching and kicking aimlessly. "Shhh." The man whispers into my ear grabbing onto my wrists starting to cuff them. "No!" I scream twisting and turning trying to bite the man's arm. The man doesn't say much. The only thing I hear is his heavy breathing. He starts to shackle my ankles together as I lay a full blown kick into his face making him groan in pain holding onto his nose on top of the mask. "Help me, somebody!" I keep yelling as he kicks me in the stomach and takes out a clothed bag from his coat pocket putting it on my head covering my face. He ties it up from the back tightly making my neck feel pressured. "Please." I whimper. "You don't have to do this." I cry admitting defeat. "Night, night." He chuckles hitting me behind the head making me loss consciousness. WARNING: Will contain very disturbing content. This book is not for individuals who are sensitive to these topics. We knew something wasn't right from the moment we awoke. It was like something was missing - a part of our very souls - and we couldn't sense the deficiency, no matter how hard we tried. A hundred million eyes adjusted to the dark all at once, all surprised to be awakened so soon. We ran through our checklists of limbs and senses, drawing ourselves out of our dreams piece by piece. Some went back to sleep, unaware, unbothered, too tired to notice the difference. Some lay in bed, too anxious to stand until the light of dawn crept through their windows at last, and they were sure the monsters in their closets had gone back to sleep. Some leapt from their slumbers, more keenly aware than others that the missing pieces were important. But we didn't know. We couldn't have. Not until we found ourselves standing in the light and discovered: We no longer had shadows.

Every sudden movement sent my heart racing, my body coiled to either flee or fight. The shadows held demons from my nightmares, and every creak of the floor was a harbinger of doom. The whispers of the wind outside seemed to echo the hiss of my captor's breath in my ear, and the distant wail of a siren was the howl of the Fiery Claws coming for me. I had become a creature of the dark, my soul scarred by the horrors I had witnessed and endured.

I woke up in an unfamiliar place & my head was pounding... I looked around, only soon to meet eyes with a really handsome boy... "Hey baby girl, how'd you sleep?" He questioned coming to sit near me; I scooted away from him & looked at him confused. "Who are you? How do you know my name? Where am I? Why am I here?" "Calm down baby... You're safe. Now get dressed, I want you to meet some people." He stated as he got off the bed, kissed my forehead, & left me in the unfamiliar room confused & frightened. As I was getting dressed, I realized the guy that was in the room with me looked familiar to me, like I've seen him before, but where..? I pushed the thoughts aside & finished putting on jean shorts & a t-shirt.

The lights were dancing as the club music plays. I turned around but I keep seeing the same crowd of people dancing to the music as the beat drops. I felt suffocated as I try to claw my out of the mob. I feel like I'm going to pass out-No, I am going to pass out. The ground was wobbling, my head was pounding and dark spots started to cover my vision. The last thing I saw was a man staring straight at me, standing in the middle of the crazy pack. He somehow looks familiar. Wearing a black three piece suit, his dark brooding eyes were staring straight at me. "Save me." He whispered before darkness completely consumed my vision...
