Heavenly Starr Crawford is the bar owner of Stairway to Heavenly in Los Angeles. All her life, she grew up in West Virginia with bartenders; she had her mind set on being an owner since she got her first job at sixteen. With a kick-ass reputation, sex and rock&roll, Heavenly has only begun her adventures of drinks, one night stands and black outs.

In 2010, Ashley Purdy, of Black Veil Brides, walks in to a random ass bar and gets the one night stand he least expected. A one night stand that will only lead him back to the Stairway of Heavenly except he doesn't know the owner. Only a stranger named Starr who flutters in his wildest dreams.
