"Oh, but you know I can."

Misty Kennedy has a daily battle with herself - depression. She is only fifteen years old, but she is put through a horrible, choice-making decision. Her Dad has the opportunity to see her every Friday night, and Saturday and Sunday, but after the choice is made in the court, Misty's Father wants nothing to do with them.
It is not long after that Misty realises what a terrible mistake she has made, as she mother spends less and less time at home. Misty and her seventeen year old sister Lana receive some terrible news; their Father committed suicide. When Misty is corned by her depression, she has no choice but to tell Lana.
Lana's immediate reaction is to send her away to a special Depression camp, and she does. Misty is sent away to Camp Evergreen. Just when things seem unable to get any worse, Misty receives some brilliant news. So does Lana.
