No one believed a human could stand against the Gem Empire-until one was given the power to change everything. Fenrir was one of the strangest members of the Crystal Gems. She was able to stand toe-to-toe against some of the toughest soldiers that Homeworld had to offer, but, despite her monstrous appearance-purple fur, blazing red wings, and horns that curved above her head-she was still human. Rose Quartz and Garnet rescued her from a Gem research facility, but even Garnet's future vision couldn't prepare them for the horrors Fenrir had endured. Her strength made her a formidable ally in the Gem War, and she quickly became an invaluable member of the Crystal Gems. She was their secret weapon, revered for her power. Unfortunately, none of them realized that they'd have to finish the fight without her. Near the end of the war, she was sent on a mission and disappeared, leaving her comrades to carry on without her. That is until several thousand years later when she appeared on a certain beach near a small town. As she reconnects with Garnet and the other Crystal Gems, she must confront the consequences of her absence, her volatile power, and the deep bond she shares with those she once fought beside. Zircon is hoping to join the remains of the rebellion to go against Homeworld. But she's in for a surprise when she gets there, and it's not exactly good.

One day, Sapphire was walking up to her Diamonds palanquin when she saw.. The Rose Quartz. She drew her rebel blade and... *POOF* Her gem was no longer there... there were pieces of her where she had dissipated her form. She stared at Rose in shock. She didn't really hate Rose but she dislikes her for now. She didn't REALLY agree with her Diamond but.. That doesn't mean she deserved to be shattered! Once the Diamonds directed there attack... and Star ran as fast as she could to one of the Kindergarden holes and hid. But someone didn't make it.... Her friend.. Star Ruby. Made for Yellow Diamond and very well known. She was corrupted. "POOF ME!" "but.." "DO IT" Star summoned a arrow and pierced it through Stars stomach. *Poof* Wonder who that reminded her of.. Status:finished Ah, Lapis Lazuli. A beautiful gem with a kind, fun heart. You never thought you'd understand the human emotion 'happiness' until you met Lapis. You never thought you'd understand any 'emotion', to be honest. Up until now, you just couldn't understand. You didn't understand fusions and emotions. You had spent a eternity serving Yellow Diamond as a entertainer. Despite not understanding emotions, you loved her. She was your Diamond and no matter how much abuse she hurled at you, you had loved her more than anything.. Then she handed you down to her sister, Pink Diamond. Even though it had hurt you that she abandoned you, you had still thought things would be fine.. Until one day, people realized you were broken. They found out that you didn't understand fusing or emotions and said "well, as a entertainer you need to understand the acts you're performing! And a entertainer should be happy! It's part of their job! It's all a Tanzanite is!" And were going to shatter you.. Or so they thought. This story takes place sometime when season 5 is nearing it's end (I do not own the art used in the book. All rights go to the creators of the artwork.) (All rights to characters go to Rebecca Sugar. The only character that is mine in this book is Tanzanite and the fusion gems involving Tanzanite.)
