Chastity Andrews was a not so normal girl living in an even weirder world. With her best friends, Lilian, Lexi, Riley, Kiki, James, Maxwell, her boyfriend, Charlie, and her family, the world slowly slips out of their fingers. One day at school the lights were shut off and everyone had to hide under their desks, for safety. Nobody knew why, until the teacher turned on the television to the news, seeing a new virus outbreak, and the worst part? It was in their city. They had to get out and survive. With the loss of best friends, death of loved ones, and their sanity slipping away, how can Chastity stay alive? How will it end? And who will die?

Leaving a raw humidity that was both a reprieve from the heat, but also a constant reminder of it. Some say the rain falls to keep the heat at bay. I think the rain falls today as a tribute to those affected by the virus and all the tears they cried. A small apology from Mother Nature meant to soothe those scorned by the havoc she unleashed. A comfort meant for all those unsuspecting victims of the sickness. -------------------------------------------------- The highest rankings: #19 in infection #40 in disaster #40 in infected #67 in disease #46 in zombieoutbreak
