Ever since Gerard was betrayed by his best friend of ten years, he's never been the same. He sunk into depression from his loneliness, and he developed social anxiety and trust issues from the event. All this winds him up into a mental hospital, and Gerard couldn't be more unhappy. He thinks he doesn't belong here; he thinks no one cares about him. But as his hopes and emotions were being crushed down, he meets Frank, a patient with a personality disorder. Gerard finds it strange that they could form a strong bond, since Frank seems to be afraid of everything. But as their friendship progresses, Gerard finds himself changing as well. But with these changes bring more fears for Gerard, and he begins to question his trust and friendship with Frank. But he's definitely sure of one thing: He's falling in love with Frank.
