A momentous occasion approaches.

The Manufacturers have announced the release of a new type of android soon to be available for adoption - Type 7s. The news has caused a wave of anticipation around the world, and the 7s promised a new host of lifelike features for parents to adore in their children.

Saiyo is a Type 6 android and a Capricorn, and has spent all her 16 years in an orphanage. She longs for the independence her 18th birthday will bring her, and her biggest worry is simply that she'll be adopted before then.

However, some time before the 7s are supposed to be available, an interesting package is dropped off at the doorstep of Saiyo's orphanage. Suddenly she finds herself knowing far, far too much for her own good, and is forced onto the run with not only her life on the line but that of a human newborn baby.

A dark plot is underfoot, and Saiyo knows the only way she'll be free is if she gets to the bottom of it...but who can she really trust?

(All text was transferred from google docs; none was stolen.) This story is inspired by the video game Detroit: Become Human. All credit goes to the producers of it, and I am not trying to steal any of their content from the game. About: Elias; a 16 year old boy is exploring an abandoned science lab with his friend when he comes across a time machine. He doesn't think it works, and steps inside. He is sucked into the future where the world has completely changed. He stepped out, revealing he was now in a new year: winter in 2038. Luckily, it was closed, and he went to find help. He came across Vincent, an android, who helps him explore the world in the future, and attempts to help Elias get back to 2022. However, there are obstacles. Some androids had developed a mind to kill each other. But Elias helps Vince survive, while Vince helps Elias travel back. Elias develops a close connection with Vince, and wants to stay with him in the future even though it is dangerous. He doesn't want to leave Vince in the world, but can't bring him back with him in the past since there are parts on Vince that aren't invented and will disintegrate. They need to figure something out, but what? Read on to find out... Notice: This story contains mentions of heavy violence, light gore, fear, suicide, and bugs. If you have trouble with these, please do not continue reading. If not, enjoy, and thank you! Notice 2: DO NOT SHIP ELIAS AND VINCENT. Vincent is technically considered an adult while Elias is still a minor. I will kick your shins if you ship them because it is extremely illegal to do so. However, you may think of them as a father and son because that's kind of how Hank and Connor are, though they are both adults. :)

His eyes drop to my lips before his mouth descends, capturing mine in an all consuming, over powering kiss and I moan almost instantly. He captures the sound in his mouth, pressing his lips firmly against my own, possessing, teasing and coaxing more gasps from within me. I'd never felt a kiss like this before; I twist my tongue against his and hear a deep groan of approval in the back of his throat. He grabs me and pulls me into his body, pressing my chest against his own, and I take the next step by swinging my leg over and sitting astride him. I feel him sweep my hair up in a firm but gently grip, moving it from my neck to free the skin for his mouth to lower, to nip and kiss along my shoulder. **** He was supposed to be another birthday gift. She was supposed to be another human. Guess they were both wrong. **** Androids were for the service of humans... that's why Rae's father bought her one for her 8th birthday. What she got however: was a beautifully sculpted man, who seemed to be as unlike a robot, as a robot could be. What he got: A kind hearted girl that had him... feeling. Robots didn't have 'feelings' Together, they try to figure out his uniqueness; why would his creator up and vanish right after building him? To add to his problems; when Rae ages, his feeling for her.... change. But can a robot and a human ever be together? © All rights reserved. LittleThingsInLife. Elodie's life changes at the turn of a doorknob when she is forced into joining a secret organization that claims to be protecting the Earth from aliens. But with every step she takes, she finds the organization, or the facility, as they call it, becoming more and more suspicious. When a mysterious death occurs, revealing a well-concealed secret, things quickly go downhill as humanity's future is placed on the shoulders of a single gaggle of teenagers. *** I hear a sigh from the other side of the door, "Miss. Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. So, call me stupid, but I sit down. "I am from a space organization that protects civilians from . . . outside threats." *** Beautiful cover made by @mahana258! Maxine is an 18-year-old girl who is bored and lonely, living in California in the year 2351. She's always been fascinated with how humans used to live in houses, drive cars, and the fact that there used to be forests and parks everywhere. Now, after a war that nearly erased humanity, people are forced to live a strict, dull, communist lifestyle. Everyone seems okay with this way of life. Everyone except Maxine. Maxine had always been special; she was often able to predict events. How? She didn't exactly know...yet. When she starts having dreams about a tropical island where people live as they did in the 21st century, she meets the man of her dreams: literally. Her new boiling emotions bring her to wonder...what if it's a real place? When she starts her search for the island and bumps into Elis-the man in her dreams-she suddenly knows it wasn't all just a making of her imagination. Finding that island could mean finding the answers to her burning questions, and maybe even answers to questions she didn't know she had. However, not everything is what she thought it would be when she finally finds the island, and her dreams become a harsh reality. Elis turns out to be someone else, and when another man swoops in every time Maxine is in danger, she becomes confused about what love really is. The Advisors, the ten women governing the world, want to assimilate the people of the island, not knowing that those people have an extreme advantage over them. Maxine also learns that her family has been lying to her about who she really is. Ultimately, when the Advisors come to destroy the island, she must face the fact that she is the key to the island's salvation, and embracing her rapidly developing abilities is the only way to do so.
