Drea has had a lot of things happen in her life, some good some bad..... Mostly bad.
She has a total of four people she cares about. Her brother, her brothers friend and her two best friends, nobody else.
The long nights of winter are coming for Drea's small town in Alaska and she knows if they want to have enough food for the three months of winter, they're going to have to do some hunting. 
Drea and her brother Cyan are three days into their hunting trip, when they make a horrible mistake that puts both their lives in grave danger.
