Emily Sutton was six, wondering off from her house having the time of her life when she stumbles upon a battered man that couldn't be any older than seventeen. Kind at heart she took him home and fixed him up, learning from her mother whom is a doctor. But will she still be willing to help him out when she finds out his dark past. What if he's on the run for murder? She's kind at hear and strong with bravery, but is she safe now? In the morning will he still be there? 
Eleven years later will fate bring them back. Is the trust still there or just pure hatred?
