On the morning of July 10, 2012, I noticed that my seatmate looks pretty odd. She was staring at nothingness while the rest of the class was full of life, messing around while waiting for (I think) the second period teacher. That scene was... entrancing. I wanted to paint her. Using words, that is. And so, I did. As it turns out, her beautiful, pensive expression was just caused by her sleepiness.

To Quinn, When you read this I'll be over at Zen's place for a couple days. Just letting you know that I have shared a part of my journal publicly. I mean in the online world. Be aware that I've only used your first name, but others have been named. Some of our actual conversations were recorded in this journal. I guess sort of like a book even though writing isn't one of my better strengths. Buddy, that keychain you gave me changed many things. I began sharing this in July and I made my last post early on New Year's Day. You'll be happy to know that the plans for the new center are locked in the safe. I look forward to working with you in this new year we find ourselves in, and please forgive me for telling tales out of school. Your friend, Ash So now that the description is out of the way I can break that fourth wall. The idea for the description was recommended to me by a very good friend since I didn't know how to describe this journal which took place in real time. Dark Matter is a chapter of a much larger work titled "Chronicle of Rouge hill' which I've been writing since I was a teenager. I had started in early 2009 and quickly shelved it in 2010 after I saw "Inception", realizing the ideas were too close. It was picked up again in October of 2012 when I realized what it had to be: less focus on the technical aspects and jargon, and the addition of a love interest. Also, the mission of the "Order of ravens" was changed simply to collecting dream tech. All ten parts were written during the period of October 2012 to March 2013. The idea was to begin posting it on blogger.com in July and it would end in real time, on new year's eve. The events of my real life have indeed influenced the writing. From Within The Shadow
Introduction I started a different walk in life in 2007. I have always jotted down ditties from time to time; the ones in this book came about with a massive change within my life. It appeared sometimes as if I had no control over the flow of words. The first sentence would come through and that would be that until the poem was finished, regardless of the length. I started taking a notebook and pen with me everywhere I went so I could write if I needed to. The last one of the book 'Now' marks the end of an era. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed writing them. Shadows I was walking along the other evening and I noticed my shadow,,, Then I noticed more shadows,,, For each light along the way it cast another shadow, hidden from view then the angle of me walking and the position of the light made it come into view, then go out of view again, sometimes, melting into another part of my shadow,,,, Mind you, they were all the different artificial lights, street, car, security, etc,,, I've only noticed one shadow with the light of the sun,,, Added to Heart Stains (HeartBreak) reading list by WattpadPoetry 07/02/2022💖Complete
The dying song
Her voice meandered through his ears as she sang. It was like a prayer, like the choir of hundreds of angels singing to a god he only knew when he was with her. His head rested in her lap, her soothing hands tracing tiny rivulets in the white locks of his hair, lulling him to sleep. Cherry blossoms fell around them, recalling the first day he saw her back in school, and when she smiled at him, he could swear he was floating. *** She smiles at the memory, amber eyes flooding with the ghost of her printed evocation of a white haired man kissing her cheek. A photo. A picture. A fucking portrait she wishes it won't fade under the cruel weight of time. That's all he left her.
