So, lemme explain this to you folks, the writer of this story is currently under the heavy influence of cynical humor, self-deprecation of the stand up comedians she's been watching for probably more than 2 hours and way too much internet for the day. She's not at her best. Doesn't help that she can't sleep right now. 

Put up with me if you decide to read this. I'm loopy with sleep deprivation, but I just can't manage to sleep.
