first off I know there are many of these, but just give mine a try. I promise I am here to help you guys. I may not be a therapist but I want to become one. not one of those who say they help, but just do it for money. I really want to help people one day. This is for, people with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harmers and anger issues. Some of the quotes might be triggering, but I find it easier to express my feelings through words.
