When their fathers have an affair, 17 year olds Gabriella Parker and Victoria Miller are introduced to each other. They are being affected by their mothers reactions to the issue in different ways and decide to confide in each other to cope with the massive changes in their lives. Gabriella takes Victoria to meet her school buddies, Michael, Calum, Ashton and Luke and a great friendship blossoms between the six of them. But in a dramatic twist of events, will they all manage to keep the friendship strong, or will it deteriorate like their parents marriages?
