Over the course of ten years, several children went missing from Jefferson Street. Police couldn't uncover where they were, or if they were still living.
One place that was never expected was the Jefferson Street Mansion. Nobody had lived there for years, so it was definitely not a suspicious place to everyone but Ruby Carter, Jacqueline Bremer and Jade Peterson.
