Cassy had gone to a party with her best friend, Alicia. It was a secret, in Noria, hosted by Alicia’s boyfriend, Daniel. Alicia had always gone for the “bad boys”, so there were always parties to go to. Sure, parties were dangerous. There was a risk of someone getting drunk and having the brilliant idea of jumping off a roof, someone ODing on whatever the new rage drug was, or even the cops show up. But Cassy had never expected to be caught up in murder. Or be blamed for it.
