The word "birthday" was never synonymous with "happiness" and "celebration" for Juvia. It was more of a "humiliation" and "regret" kind of word for the Rain Woman.
It was the day that she had wished for a long time had never existed.
But now that she is a Fairy Tail mage, things are different-- or at least that's what Juvia thinks before she finds herself alone just like every other prior birthday. Little does she know a party is arranged secretly in her absence, but things do not go as planned.
Upon Juvia's return, surprise attacks both her and the guild, and no one knows how to react.

When you first meet Juvia she seems very nice and kind. Which she is, but not to herself. Ever since her dear mother's death she has constantly blamed herself. Now when you first meet Gajeel he may seem very mean and cold to you, but really he's broken. He's been breaking just like Juvia has. He just doesn't really show it. Both siblings feel as though in some way it was their fault. Both find different ways to deal with their guilt. Both have built up walls and deceiving looks. Slowly one is turning to death while the other struggles to try and survive. There are many popular or well known groups of people in Fairy Tail High, like most schools. The most well known in Fairy Tail High though is Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfillia, Erza Scarlet, and Gray Fullbuster. This group of people try to help anyone they can in their reach. Most people love and adore them. Some don't. For example, Gray Fullbuster's neighbors. Juvia Lockser and Gajeel Redfox. They both agree that these people are too nosy. To Juvia Gray and to Gajeel the bunny girls pipsqueak friend, Levy. Then again maybe fate was pulling all these people together for the better. Or for the worse. The curse especially becomes stronger when Gray is near Juvia. Juvia puts her heart and soul into a surprise birthday party for him, and because of the curse, he bails out. Juvia did not give up and decided to follow him alone. Gray's uncontrolled self broke her heart. She was comforted by Lyon and started to slowly give up on Gray. Gray wanted to get rid of the curse and apologize to her but the only way to do that was to spend time with her. Will this adventure bring them closer together or farther apart? Will Juvia finally let go of her lover? Will Gray be able to break the curse before it's too late? This humorous, dramatic, and romantic story will take you sailing on the Gruvia ship! Lisanna and Juvia became best friends and of course Lucy, Levy, Erza, Gajeel, and Wendy were there to support Juvia all the way. Juvia is happier than she could ever be the way she is. Maybe even happier than the day she joined Fairy Tail! Juvia Lockser. The name makes Gray want to punch something. He fucked up so badly with her. He honestly really liked Juvia, more than a friend, but he really never knew how he truly felt for the rain woman. That is until he didn't feel a presence near him. He looked around and Juvia was no where to be found. Mira told him she went on a job with Lisanna and she hasn't spoken to Gray since. And he hasn't attempted to speak with her. Why? He's so dumb!! He knows he loves her!! And he knows he has a weird way of showing love but this is down right ridiculous!! He regrets everything cold he's ever said to her, every icy glare he shot at her, every time he pushed her away, he hates himself for his shitty mistakes. Gray Fullbuster, a forgotten man with a broken heart, decides to go on a job with his team. Though because he was thinking of the certain blue haired rain mage, he got badly injured.
