The Crimson Truth

For 17-year old Aysel the truth has always been simple. Harsh, but simple. She and dozens of others are the results of illegal supernatural experimentation; a mix between human reality and fictional fantasy and trained for intensive warfare. As it is, the world has fallen back into its usual pattern of rejection and ignorance, and Aysel finds herself amidst a society bent on wiping out her entire existence. The only chance of survival is to make her way to one of the few safe places for her kind: Liberty Sun, a city created to house Variants. But is it really safe? Can it be trusted? Or is it just another way for the government to round up the Variants and get rid of them all? Aysel must discover the truths from the lies, or she risks not just her own life, but the lives of the only people she cares about.
