The adventures of 2 girls, 22 yr old witch Penny Cromwell and 22 yr old vampire Cadenza Martez become friends and roommates and well, i wouldnt want to spoil the book for you. 

BTW FYI this is a book i decided to make w my fiend based off of our sims game.

My name is Katherine Arya Hart and I live with my older brother Colin (I prefer to call him Collins), during breaks, along with my two 5-year-old, fraternal twin daughters. My daughter's names are Kathleen and Alexandra. Alexandra is a brunette and Kathleen is a dirty blonde. I'm also 20, so I'm still in college along with my two best friends, Peter and Brett (Identical Twin Brothers). During short breaks, the 3 of us would go to California and spend time with the kids. Werewolves and Vampires is the story of, you guessed it, werewolves and vampires. Lila Silver had been a pretty normal girl until her sixteenth birthday and her dad decided to move her and her step-sister, leaving her old friends, old school and old life as a human behind. All of a sudden, she was thrust into the world of supernatural creatures without even having a say in the matter. Before she could even adjust to that bit of news, there were news reports about teenage girls going missing and showing up days later, drained of blood. After discovering one of the bodies, Lila suddenly becomes the new target of the killer. In between dealing with the secrets and dynamics of being a werewolf, the totally not cliche grudge between the vamps and werewolves, being the potential next murder victim of a mysterious and possibly non-human killer, and a hottie with fangs that she sometimes kind of wanted to make out with and other times wanted to rip his throat out, Lila was definitely going to have a totally normal, average life in this new town.

Ingrid has been the schools in-betweener, She is bad and good. Since she was born she lost her parents because her dad ran away and her mom gave Ingrid up for adoption. She was lucky though because the moon goddess gave her one more chance in life. When her body is found the doctors and cops try everything and eventually after tending to her for three days she wakes up to make it look like she is okay. She is unhappy because she is an angel and werewolf. She wants to know why but no one will tell. So she lives her normal life and is happy. But when the schools bad boy admits he wants her she doesn't know what to do. She is alright but the big question is why did she give her a second chance to life, and that's what's she's going to find out.
