"I can hear your heart." His low, seductive voice informed me. Fingers brushed against my neck. "I can feel every beat." My skin crawled like the insects among the tree I was pressed against.
"Oh don't worry, darling. Calm down!" His devious chuckle rung throughout the wooded area. My heart only raced faster at his words.
"I'm not going to kill you." He leaned toward me, his lips brushed against my ear.
"I'm going to make you feel more alive than you could ever imagine."
