The only male figure Ciel ever had was his dear demon butler Sebatian. 

but....Ciel..well..he.....started to have these.....unknown feelings for his butler. not remembering what love felt like he didnt understand.

the contract long done...No mark to cover anymore. Ciel a demon heh Sebby was pissed but ain't no more. 

the year 2015 is when the 21st century starts to get to Ciel and he changes a bit....Just....Just a bit.
