Samifer, but will Sam lose it all for Lucifer?

Sam is having hallucinations about Lucifer, and Lucifer is getting odd. Before long he starts asking weird questions, weirder than usual that is. Whilst trying to fight off the Leviathans, Sam is trying to fight a problem of his own. - Is set at the by the beginning of season 7 after the night Sam loses it and Dean teaches him what real pain feels like by pushing down on the cut on sam's hand. Roughly corresponds with season 7 story line, some things did change and some things have been taken out of the main supernatural story.
