Emma Carstairs and Julian Blackthorn fanfic, begins right after the excerpt from Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices) that is in the Shadowhunter Academy miniseries. I just couldn't handle not knowing what happened, so I had to write the continuation of the scene. I LOVE Emma and Julian!
Emma is in love with her parabatai, who she is forbidden by Clave law to love.
