This dream was different. Its dark, wet, and the air is stagnant. I start to walk forward, but only because I felt compelled to. It seemed like I had been walking forever, but off in the foggy distance I could see an outline of a house. As I get closer I start to hear something that's close. I immediately stop and listen to any and every sound. Then, there it was. It started out as a quiet rustling in the woods surrounding the home. Then it started to get louder and even more close to me. I take off in a sprint towards the bright red front door to the mystery house without a second thought. As I grab the handle to open the door, I'm stopped dead in my tracks when all sound seizes to exist and a hand grabs my wrist to stop me. It was too dark to see the figures face, but I could tell it was a man when he bent down close to my ear and whispered, "Don't go in there. Nobody ever comes out."
