Pamela Van Hausen, a 13 year old girl, is in her first year of middle school. She is introduced to all new sorts of things in teenage life such as the stress of school, friends, drama, & most of all, boys. Taking advantage of all these changes, she finds out the hard way that she has to grow up sooner than she could ever imagine & faces a life-altering challenge that she just might have to face alone.
