Acacia has been riding longer than she can remember, & finally for her 10th birthday her parents agreed to buy her a horse. After 4 years, a tragedy befell them that left the girl shattered & crushed, the flame of hope that lit her eyes never to be rekindled. Yet after a period of depression without her buckskin gelding, she was surprised to be met by the horse of her dreams, rearing and striking at the front gate, unwilling to be caught by anyone except her.
