Falling - Book Three of the Rachel Potter Saga

Her brother dreams of a door at the end of a hall, she dreams of a young boy's dead face.

Rachel Potter's fifth year at Hogwarts begins. The twins must deal with a new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher similar to a dementor; sucking the happiness out of Rachel, a big surprise for the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, and of course the Ordinary Wizarding Level exams.

The darkness descends slowly, destroying any hope or love Rachel Potter once had. After losing Cedric and watching her brother slowly unravel, it's apparent it all becomes a little too much for the 'lost Potter'.

There's a lot on Rachel's mind as she enters her fifth year: her brother is haunted by a door at the end of a corridor in his dreams, waking up in the night screaming,

But nothing is as terrifying as the growing threat of Voldemort.

Rachel needs to show compassion, loyalty and courage in these dark times but maybe now it's all too much for her? The anxiety of it all washes upon her, even lumos can't cast a light bright enough for her. She just feels as though she's falling.
