After Chell and Wheatley had defeated GLaDOS, they both lived their lives normally. Well, kind of. Wheatley now owned his Management Rail and Chell now owned a bakery, due to her recent obsession with cake.
The Orange & The Blue, the moron and the mute, the sun and the sky, the fire and the water. Each of those things represented the bond they share. Each of them are completely different things. And so is Chell and Wheatley. But they make it work out.
