Forever will secrets of the unknown seep slowly into her thoughts.
Twelve-year old Kira Gibbins moves to Ohio with her family, only to find that they will live in a decrepit house in an old neighborhood.
She moves to West High, where she meets Alex Valen, a sophomore who tells her to run away. Ignoring his pleads, she continues to attend West High. Everything seems fine until Kira gets dared to go inside the Calvenhart Mansion, a supposedly haunted mansion.
Kira hasn't been the same ever since that day, and her life continues to get more peculiar as she learns secrets she never should have known.
