29 lives in a world where the stars define the humans — more commonly known as "youthlings" — and their fate. 29's world is divided up into 12 sectors, each representing one of the 12 zodiac signs. The rules of their world are simple:
1. Ensure your youthling follows their path written by the stars.
2. Avoid going off path from your sign's personality; your personality defines your youthling.
3. Do not spend more than 23 hours outside your sector.
4. Never, under no circumstances, create a new constellation.
If the rules are followed, everything stays in place and in balance: it's all perfect.

But that isn't the case for 29.
