"I know the 3 words a sappy bookworm like you wants to hear- I'm a vampire" Jeremy smirked.

Brooklyn Campbell's summer couldn't get more worse. With her mom starting a new designer label, her dad debuting his first novel and to top of the list, her twin brother moving into her room. She can't wait for all this turmoil to end and for senior year to start.

But what happens when she meets the town's new bad boy Jeremy Hayes?
That too in a library out of all places.

What does a bad boy do in a library, you ask! That's one thing Brooke wants to find out. How does one go from being badass, wild and irresistible to caring, passionate and still irresistable the next?

Things also take a turn for the worst when her twin brother Landon befriends Jeremy. The two along with their loyal pack of allies are determined on making her senior year a living nightmare.

Fall was supposed to be all about new beginnings. Instead Brooke constantly sees herself victim to all the pranks and troubles in the world. So it's really not a surprise when she finds herself stuck inside a giant pumpkin, stranded in a graveyard or drowning in a pool at the middle of the night.

Guess she won't be going trick-or-treating this year after all.
