I'm a nerd, he’s a jock.
He’s popular, I'm not.
I'm a virgin, and well he defiantly is not.
The only thing we have in common? Absolutely nothing.
Zoey’s high school life is too hard to describe in words. It’s not a living hell but, it’s not perfect either. She gets picked on all the time for being a freak, an emo and a nerd. She gets called a freak because a wolf comes and visits her every day. She is a very good drawer and she draws him. Her classmates ask her who the wolf is and she told them. After that she was considered a freak because they think the wolf is her “imaginary friend”. She has a very loving mother and an abusive father. Her mom is always working so her father stays at home and does nothing except get drunk. He gets mad because her mother never has enough time for him. He blames Zoey for it. One day she comes home to find something terrible. What is that terrible thing? Will it change her life forever? Or only for a short time? Read and find out!

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
