"I told you when we first met and I'll say it again," Jaymes glared at the boy before him, studying him carefully. "Don't trust me. Love isn't something I do well in so, stop your useless pining now." His voice quivered slightly at the end and his eyes clouded in sadness for a moment then disappeared, Lynx wanted to run up to him and assure him whatever happened in the past wouldn't happen again. He wanted to so badly but, instead he watched with glazed eyes as Jaymes walked away and slammed the door behind him.

Lynx is a boy who despite knowing all about a person's past and witnessing the evil in them, would insist there was still humanity left in the broken soul. Optimistic isn't a word he would use to describe himself because he knows behind closed doors he could be the most pitiful person but, always has a mask to cover the part of him he despises.

Jaymes is about as real and cruel as someone would perceive him to be, he is a walking mystery, one Lynx would like to solve.
