The Girl with the Silver Hair

The sun was setting. Sasuke walked away from the training ground. It was then when he heard the soft footsteps in the forest. The wind was silent and it was gettin glate so he decided to investigate. He turned to walk into the woods where he had heard the soft pittter patter of feet. Sasuke stuffed his hands in his pockets and silently walked deeper to the forest. He saw the shadow of a person approaching and quickly hid behind the tree. Curious, Sasuke sneaked a peak at the strange person. She had long flowing silver hair that flowed behind her as she approached the lake in the clearing. She was wearing a kimono similair to that which shrine maidens wore. The girl was barefoot and as she stepped on the water, ripples appeared from her touch. She gracefully walked across the lake, each step creating shimmering ripples across the water. Once she reached the center, the girl began to dance, spinning round, causing the water to spin with her. She had her eyes closed as she performed.

Sasuke moved quietly to the other tree to get a better look at the strange girls face. The girl stopped dancing and faced in the same direction Sasuke was hiding. She opened her eyes, and as if she were in a trance, she began to make strange, foreign hand signs with one hand, the other outstretched as if she were summoning something. She stopped making the handsigns, and a large staff shot out of the water and into her hand. She moved her hair from her face, revealing it completley.

Shocked, Sasuke tripped out of his hiding place and the girl snapped her head in his direction.
