"Hi, my name is Rachel Duran. D, U, R, A, N.
My information? I am a twenty two year old mother of a two, and due to recent events two more children are now under my custody. I put in a request for a foreign exchange student a few months ago who speaks English and German. Instead of receiving this exchange student, I was sent a man three years older than me who speaks only French. Was there some sort of mix up?
Yes, I'm sure he's not a foreign exchange student.
Yes, I'm sure I wasn't supposed to pick up the exchange student myself. How much of an idiot do you think I am?
No, you calm down. Don't tell me to calm down when there's a strange man in my house who could mean harm to my children. I'd like to speak to your manager.
Listen to me you blue-balled fat sack, put your manager on the phone or I swear I'll--
Hello?
...
God dammit."
