Kira Aldenburg is a newbie warden at a Physciatric Hospital, she meets all types of people with odd conditions and scary mental disorders, but one day the mysterious death of a nurse in a abandoned covered in blood room at the hospital causes everyone to panic and step up security. No one is supposed to go into that room without a guard to protect them. The scariest thing of all is all the patients were in the rooms they were supposed to be at the time of the attack.
