Emily Lupin is the forgotten sister of Remus Lupin.

She was sent away to live with her muggle aunt and uncle after her brother was attacked, not knowing what happened to him. 

She spent her whole life living with Muggles, not seeing her family for a long time, thinking that she may never see them again....

Then she receives her letter, inviting her to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Her excitement doubles when she finds her older brother, who she hasn't seen for 7 years. But she realizes that Remus is hiding something from her and wand to find out what. With all that to worry about, Emily also has to deal with homework, friends, and the fact that she might be falling in love with her brother's best friend.

So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. Charlie worked with dragons, and Emily decided to be a babysitter for wizards and witches. The money was great, which made her wonder why Dumbledore believed she was incompetent of raising Harry. She wanted him to have the best, but she'd never be able to see him. When she does finally meet him once again, not everything is going to be all sunshine and rainbows...

For a final big grade before the Christmas holidays, the class was asked to make a potion that works, otherwise the duo working together will get a failing grade. When Angel and Regulus are put together for the potion since they were the only two fifth years in the class, they decide to do a potion nobody had been able to successfully make during their years at Hogwarts. What the two didn't know was that the day they completed their potion, would be the day James Potter accidentally ruins their lives.
