Dippers after years of waiting finally returns to Gravity Falls with his sister, but bumps into a familiar but strange face. Will Bill be able to win dippers heart? How will Wendy react to all this? Stan will do anything in his power to separate the two, and Pacifica will do anything to embarrass Dipper. But through that Bill is there to take care of dipper.
