This story "Destiny" shows a boy that now lives in the lakes of Mississippi with only his mother that has gotten very ill. Now this boy goes to the woods one day and finds an unexpected girl. When he meets her, it seems like she has a secret. When the boy finds out about her secrets and her problems, they start to bond together as they go explore the outside world while a king from another world tries to rescue his daughter on Earth.
