Before ouran academy haruhi went to ouran middle school as she was there she met kyoya otori, during the final year of middle school they both fell in love, they started dating and then haruhi got accepted to ouran academy and she was surprised to see kyoya as he was working as a host in the academy they kept their relationship secret from everyone until the secret got out about them but everyone accepted but things changed when another secret came that caused them to leave ouran academy but they returned three years later in their senior year suprising the high school with reasons they left. They have chapters during the entire time they were gone from ouran academy up until they returned before graduation.Complete
