Barbara remained in Gotham with Xalius, providing information for him on his missions as Oracle. Gotham has been rather peaceful since Xalius cleaned it up in a long 3 years. Now, he's in hiding, waiting for his next mission. However, things in Gotham are starting to become rather... Sinister.
