It's been 4 years since Xalius trained and donned his suit. In Gotham, he is now known as The Red Panther. Zane and Dick moved back to where they were before Batman died, Grimhaven and Bludhaven. Barbara remained in Gotham with Xalius, providing information for him on his missions as Oracle. Gotham has been rather peaceful since Xalius cleaned it up in a long 3 years.
